Photoshoot Flashback - January 17, 2010 - Buffalo NY

I've decided to start doing a weekly photoshoot flashback! I realized I have tons of pictures from past photoshoots that never get used in listings or on any of my websites, so I'm going to start sharing them on here, along with some favorites of the past as well.
Today I'm sharing some photos from a shoot I did in Buffalo, NY back in January when I went to visit my good friends Emily & Jackie. I went to see them before I left for my cross country road trip, and convinced them to do some modeling for LuAnne Vintage. Here are my fav photos of them from that day!

LA Lifestyle

So I've been in LA for about a month now and can't say i'm living the typical LA lifestyle, considering i'm renting out a living room and am still broke until I pay off all my debts, BUT I can say that I enjoy seeing all the different types of people who live here. LA is like no other place I have been to & I still have so much of it to see! You meet people from all over the country here and everyone has a different story, and lots of aspirations out here. Its inspiring meeting all these passionate people who moved to LA to pursue their dreams, and reminds me how many opportunities are here. I plan to post my own photographs soon, but for now here are some of my favorite LA images...

Life in a VAN!

OK, so Casey and I have been living out of our van since January 21, and also shipping most of the vintage orders from the van as well! We have bins under the bed in the back of the van that store all the vintage clothing.

We are currently in Corpus Christi, TX and getting ready to head to Austin for SXSW next week :-) We have been doing lots of thrift shopping too and we are currentlyalways adding new items on Etsy also!

As you can see the van is packed out! We needed to bring tons of stuff to take photos with for the site, since this trip will be about a total of 6 months! We plan to get back to upstate NY in mid July.

7am dusty road, i'm gonna drive until it burns my bones

We started our 6 month cross country road trip this past thursday!! We stayed with some friends in a small town in PA the first night, and now we are in Philadelphia for the weekend, picking up our friend Julien who is also coming with us. Our next plan is to go south and get somewhere a little warmer in case we need to sleep in the van. We will be thrifting and taking tons of photos along the way. I'll post pictures of our van soon!
